De Villiers Brits is a registered quantity surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the South African built environment - including the development and management of public infrastructure asset management programmes - and has worked on schemes of up to R520 million in value.
His qualifications include a BTech in Quantity Surveying and an MSc in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town. He is a chartered surveyor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is registered as a professional quantity surveyor with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP).
