De Villiers is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (SACQSP) and Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS) with over 15 years’ experience in the South African built environment.

His experience spans residential, hospitality and boutique commercial developments, with additional exposure to public infrastructure asset management programmes and civic projects valued up to R520 million.

De Villiers holds a BTech in Quantity Surveying and an MSc in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town.
